Our rugs need to be rolled for shipping purposes; depending on the material some rugs may have creases when new. These should disappear once the item is laid out for a few days in the home. To speed up the process and help remove any stubborn creases, we recommend laying the rug face side down and re-rolling the rug in the opposite direction.

Nice runner. Does a great job of keeping my hall carpet clean. Good size to stand on while the kids kick their muddy boots off.
