This was purchased as a gift. It’s a nice quality looking bag and I think it’s a wonderful idea to have a reversible one. The bag comes with plenty of protection around it and the handles also, as well as a really nice cotton dust bag included to keep it in which is black with the words Armani exchange printed on it in white. This adds a nice quality extra to it when giving as a gift. It is quite soft and doesn’t stand up alone unless filled with items and it’s worth noting that it doesn’t have a zip on it, just the ties but it is a smart looking bag and a decent size. I’m pleased with it. I’m just hoping the recipient is too !
