I got these leggings for my Christmas and after the first wear I noticed the seam around the bottom area was not overlocked properly. I messaged sweaty Betty and the customer service was excellent! I got a prompt response asking if I wanted a replacement pair which I did as the style is lovely and within a few days I had a new pair which are brilliant and up to the usual sweaty Betty standard , the return of the faulty pair also couldn't have been any easier.
